Introduction

Welcome to Superior Server Education! If you are looking for OLCC Alcohol Server Education and certification, we can deliver training on site, in our Salem classroom, or online (coming soon!). We have been training servers in the restaurant industry for over 12 years. We bring valuable experience into every class and share tips and tricks learned over about thirty years working in almost all phases of the restaurant business. With experience as a graveyard server in coffee shops, cocktail server in a rowdy road house, fine dining and high volume corporate restaurant experience as a server and corporate trainer for a large national chain, you can be confident you will leave class with the certification you are seeking and lots of helpful tips from our OLCC certified instructors!
